Do you know business is nothing but falling in love with your people. You have to focus on your people, their needs, their demand, and their happiness. The moment you start neglecting your people, they will begin to neglect your company, your products, and your consumers. Also, you must keep in your mind that the market is always people-centric.

The market is never the problem. For every market, there is a product and for every product, there is a market. The most crucial yet most neglected element for a business is people. The major concern is always the people. If you love your people they will create wonders for your organization.

Don’t try to control your people. Understand them, develop them.

What doe it mean? Don’t avoid micromanagement responsibilities. When you assign a job to your people, get involved in it. always be with your people, spend time with them, create a brain-friendly atmosphere.

Remember, by saying don’t try to control your people, I never mean be laid back, lenient, or wear hands-off habits. it is one of the most common mistakes entrepreneurs do.

Be The Master of Man Management

Are you an expert in managing your manpower? if not then, not just learn, but excel in the art of managing your manpower. The people at the top position often fail to delegate their work, if lacking this skill. They believe no one.

Result? The work piles up, thus making them stressed and exhausted. And with time it becomes a big problem. So avoid falling into the trap of “Only Me”. Help your people make the optimum use of their skills and abilities.

If you really want to make your business big, if you really want to take it to the heights of success, just stop motivating your people and start instigating them.

Why?

You must felt that motivation is nothing but a temporary phase, in which a person feels empowered and energised. With time the power of motivation and hence effects of motivation begins to fade out and the natural mind set of the person begins to take control the action.

So what to do?

Encourage them to initiate. Force them to bring about a revolution. And keep this in your mind :

While making someone craft your dreams, motivation never helps. It is something that comes from within. You need to burn that fire, develop that urge.
